I accept payment from the UK by personal cheque, banker’s draft, postal order, cash via registered
post and paypal (will incur a 5% charge of total costs added ) All orders from overseas will need
to pay by cash via registered post or paypal (in pounds sterling only with 5% fee of total costs added)
Layaway is available for the Reborn Babies and Dolls Prams. An initial deposit of £50 is required (non refundable
in the event of a change of mind) then payment to be made over 3 months of total costs at a rate
discussed between us.

Refund Policy
Reborn Babies are not refundable. If you have any queries about the Reborn process or want more
pictures please email me before making a purchase so you are sure you are completely happy. If
however the ‘baby’ is lost or damaged through the post I will make a claim and issue a full refund
of all money paid. They are always posted fully insured incase of rare problems that may arise, I
do however need to be informed of damage immediately upon receipt.
